When looking for the pack probabilities, what kind of pack is the "Moff Gideon Pack"? Is it a Character Spotlight Pack? thanks!

the $20 pack gets you 30 shards and credits and enough gear to get him L40 g5, the crystal pack drops 10-330 shards. it says so in the description. oh, the probabilities of the 10-330? idk, but low for 330 lol
