I get that but it costs more Mk I at any level of ability to buy then any other Mk level material. Yet I only tend to get more Mk II+ materials as rewards than I get Mk I which I need for all ability levels. Therefore I basically have to wait for the Ability Mods Challenge to level any one ability because Mk I materials don't drop enough IMO.
