Mother Talzin: Defense of Dathomir Event

**Feel free to move, but I didn't find this event under Player Events**

My MT is at 5 stars (17/85) to 6 stars... let's do the math: at 10 shards a pop for Tier I, it will take me 18 more repetitions of this event to finish her. It costs 780 crystals to refresh, so I'd need 14,040 crystals to achieve this immediately (I have 400 crystals, so... not gonna happen). This event returns... what? Once a month? I'm not sure. So either $99.99 right now or a year and a half of farming? Am I calculating this correctly?

How does one go about playing the Bonus Tier of Defense of Dathomir? I've 3-Starred Tier I but it says "Battle currently locked, continue playing..." Does the Bonus Tier get you more MT shards than Tier I? I sure hope so...??

    YES. I get all excited to whip out my Nightsister team to see what they can do and then... le sigh. Ventress lead, add in that one chick I never bothered to level up... not as impressive as I'd hoped. With MT lead it would be awesome fun! ...See, you get me.

    You can only refresh once, so there is no option for $99.99 right now.

    ETA: Missed your second question. The bonus tier is only for people who have 7* Talzin already. It gives zetas, not more shards.

    Since the bonus tier requires a 7* MT, all you'd be getting was shard shop currency.

    I'd say that you're way ahead of at least 90% of the player base if you already have MT at 5 stars. I just barely got mine to 4 stars right after doing this event.

    moved to correct sub forum.

    now that the event has returned we can play to earn shards as the event will run "at least once a month". as stated you can only refresh once and yes you can unlock the second tier once you have a 7* MT.

    OK: so 18 months (1.5 years) to 7-star Mother Talzin, or 9 months (full term human pregnancy, LOL) if I save up 780 crystals each month just to refresh this event once each time.

    Got it. =/

    The worst part is how she's useless until you get her to 7*.

    I know you're trying to zing me, but it's true - you're right. She is pretty impressive as she is and I'm reasonably happy with her. Surely, though, you recognize the collector's need to 7-star his squad and the frustration with a year-plus delay in getting a single character up to level? Yeah? Or maybe no. You do you.

    Yep, I do the same. I lose both Zombie and Talzin and have to sub in Acolyte and Initiate. I know Acolyte is really good but I don't have her leveled up much.
