Move rewards away from fleet arena or do shard balancing

Title. Dead shards are a lottery ticket where some players are freely handed a hundred dollars worth of crystals every month while other players on extremely active shards can put in orders of magnitude more effort for a fraction of the rewards.

    Totally agree - anyone that doesn't have a hard time climbing should be punished just as much as those that do have a hard time.

    No thanks. In game message people in your shard. I've been playing with the top end of my fleet shard for nearly 6 years and I like them all (mostly) and we coordinate our climbs so we don't waste crystals/attacks.
