Multi Sim Error - Player Level 0

Hi, i have the problem that even after doing the 50 stages of galactic war i can not use multi-sim for it. I only get the message that my player level is not high enough. Its level 0 Can someone ...

Can you grab a screenshot of this message? My guess is your level not being grabbed correctly is a bug.
