In Terms of the ToS there is no difference if you payd or not. If you cheated or someone who played for you.
The ACCOUNT cheated and thats all that counts. Therefore the ACCOUNT gets banned.
And as its not a "one of" but a repeat offense, there is no chance of unbanning it.
That sayd... i agree with that it can be a lot of money. But it doesnt change anything for the case.
