So I quit the game back in December 24 and now logged back in today and someone got access to my account in mid Feb per the swgoh.gg GAC reports. They have now changed the name and I have no clue what to do. I have changed my EA account password but I don't know if that will do anything.

You should go to the EA help site. It’s pretty unlikely that they will react on a post in a forum. You should probably also provide evidence that the account did belong to you.
The guild of the referenced account is pretty weird. It seems like it’s a collection of accounts that have been given up and the guild leader is collecting the accounts and sells the accounts probably. Of course the latter is pure guessing but what other motivation could be the reason for such a guild.
Here's the thing EA help are useless and can't help. I have the orginal EA account i made it on so all I need is for the account to be logged out of all devices.

If that is all you need to do, why don't you do that yourself from the Security tab on your EA profile?
Because I have done that already. What i need is for the guy to be booted from my account then the guy shouldn't be able to access the account
