you clearly said people see the account in game. they account is in the guild. swgoh.gg says it's still getting updated. this account is most likely NOT deleted.

people are lazy and you gave them an out because you said your account was deleted.
A deleted account is never actually deleted. What happens is you lose connection to the account and CG changes the name to a default name and removes any PII they have on their end. This essentially completely disconnects it from you and CG has no way to validate who actually owned the account. Legally once it's deleted they can't and shouldn't restore it for you unfortunately. Look into "right to be forgotten" for more info.
