My Roster Review: Stormtrooper Han (Potency buff?)

I recently produced the latest video in my YouTube character review series: Stormtrooper Han. After carefully reviewing gameplay footage from just two battles, I noticed that his passive ability was nearly ALWAYS resisted. Essentially rendering an entire component of his character features useless. It's already a low 25% chance of happening was rendered exponentially useless by his dismal potency below Gear level 9.

Add Stormtrooper Han to the already long list of characters whose potency is pretty terrible without getting gear from Raids.
