As many players have recently experienced, the new raid is filled with bugs, rare rosters, and overall discontent from players. Hopefully the bugs get addressed and the roster could be rebalanced, as many players are leaving the game because of it.
This raid take too long and i think its really fustrating for a lot of players because the B1 regenerate so much protection and hitpoints. I play in a high end guild and i can really understand that people stop playing this game. Atm i do the raid for my guild that we get the last box but its more and more "work" for me. The raid takes way to long time. Atm i have TB battles, conquest and now the raid ... and for the raid i need a really high score over 10.6 million ... i have often have to restart the battle and do it again. The game take too much of my time atm ...
I am getting ready to leave the game because of this raid.
It's too much of a timesink, the stupid rng make me want to pull my hair out and throw my laptop out of the window.
As background, I have all the teams needed, I started gearing the teams in time. Even got Jedi Knight Consular to R5 (what a waste). I have been scoring around 11M every raid so far, my account is at 11.9M. I do have the mods, it is just completely unenjoyable and takes so much time and frustration.

those devs who think this 40min auto(basic) session for one phase is fun and entertainment should quit their job.
Kit fisto died right at the beginning of the phase because random crit happened, and after I put it on auto(basic) - this is the result. The only option is to leave battle and waste the time I made till that point.
Why do anyone need to invest resources in characters, in this piece of content, if result is to spend time on random. And I can tell this is due to bugs (and random), at least because (while I'm type this message droid have 220+ stacks, which is 1100%+ offense more, and x11 times higher). So damage at the start of the phase is ludicrously higher then it should be

It's certainly not easy to create content that is challenging but doesn't take as much time as Naboo. Additionally, difficulty should not equal luck. If it has to be that way, please give us a Sim button after a few successful raids on the respective levels.
This raid is the worst thing to happen to SWGOH for its longevity - I run two accounts an End Game account and a Mid Tier account - on the end game account I have all the teams, mid tier Seps and Lumi.
I hate raid day - its so RNG a team can walk to a max clear one time and take 18 attempts the next with exact same modding and strategy. If I am still playing by the time this raid gets replaced I'll be staggered because playing the game on raid day feels like self abuse - I'd rather do anything else and for a game that is designed to distract us becoming this hated, this RNG and this time consuming on a single piece of content is a colossal mistake - fine we need to gear the teams, relic the teams, zeta the teams, mod the teams well but once you've done all of that needing double digit retries to get teams to function effectively when they are less than r8 or r9 is a truly insane decision from the developers and given their only other game failed recently you'd have thought they'd be minded not to actively disgruntle quite so many of this games player base.

Are they leaving? Some aren’t playing it- and they just need to be in a guild that is cool with that or is running a different raid. As the game evolves we need to make sure we are each in a guild that matches our play styles. If you don’t want to play conquest and get datacrons- find a guild that is cool with that.
I do wish a few more characters were eligible - but I enjoy the challenge and it’s only for 7-8 months.
If the new game mechanics and raids aren't being played, wouldn't you call that an abject failure on the part of the devs and the game itself?
Sounds like a drastic 'advice' as many players have been in the same guild for years. The game is supposed to be fun, and it's not the players responsibility to ensure it remains as such. If it isn't, players leave.
For sure my response was clouded by my own experiences. In my long time guild some our long time members aren’t interested in new content. When that happens their playstyle doesn’t fit with the other 45 anymore and it’s no longer the best place for them to continue playing at their pace (we can stay tight on discord). This is no different from someone in a long time guild stepping up their game and needing to go to a more serious guild to meet that expectation.

I can't agree that anyone over 4mil can easily get Quadme. In fact, anyone that doesn't already have her or isn't about to get her is going to have an extremely difficult time unlocking her. And that will still be the case when she finally hits proving grounds and the raid will have long since expired.
My guild has been actively upgrading Units specifically for the raid and our individual and overall guild score is going down. This is the absolute worst raid yet
Like all raids, it takes a bit to get teams right. As I see it, there are currently four decent teams, with only one of them being difficult to get, which are Gungans.
Most of these are older toons at this point, and many have been required for other things so people have them at relics. I have been working on several of the Jedi, getting them to relics for the Lumi team. At R5, they are an easy full score.
I think B-2 is a better Separatist lead. At least for me. Since I switched. I don’t find myself attempting to pull my hair out as much. Not quite as smooth and fast as a full Gungan squad. Close though. At least for me. I have spent the time to tweak my raid mod loadouts. Time consuming as that may seem. Unlike the SBR. I have reached a point where max or near max runs don’t take forever.
In the SBR I never reached that point. Uncontrollably RNG was present throughout the entire raid lifespan. I was still looking for an optimum mod load even during the final SBR raid.

Also wasn't this the case for older raids too. our guild could never do CPIT but we new it wasn't our level yet so focused on others. Now a few years later we are all in positions where we can get these new characters fairly easily and will get more rewards than we did on the speeder bike raid.
Seems there are a lot of complaints about this and other areas of the game where players either don't want to earn the reqs to do well in them, or they simply don't consider that not every event is do-able by all players.
