Need help regarding account link!

Hello,

I'm new to this forum, I'm really sorry if i posted in a wrong side of forum.
I have some questions regarding account link that support don't even have the answers for it:

1. I have an SWGOH account that i forget ever linked it to a Google Play account or not, how do i verify or check if the account already connected to google or not? Since mostly I played using Facebook because I have 2 devices, and I don't want to accidentally link it to my Google Play.
2. I asked support is it possible to change my linked EA connect account, but the support keep directing me on how to move from Android to iOS which kind of weird i ask a different question and they came with a different answer, is there any possibilities for me to change the linked EA connect via support? is there anyone ever tried it via support?

Any answers would be appreciated.

    1. i think there is no Community way. Only EA/CG can tell that.
    2. The only Official way is the Support. All other ways are unofficial

    2. ah i see, the support was kind of confusing, because each time they answer my ticket different support representative take over the ticket, and they don't answer it properly.
