I refuse to go another 3 months without thrawn where I will be at a point where I’m reaching epic amounts of galactic power around 2.5 mil and still lack the synergy that thrawn provides to my empire ...

Mods are key. Like Vendi1983 stated, Zeb needs potency. Ezra and Hera need speed. Also, they should be the highest gear levels.
You don't need to Zeta anyone, but everyone should be level 85 and full Omegas.
