Neutral characters
Among the characters there is a filter under Dark Side for Neutral but “no characters match that filter” When will a character show up? Is that a private joke or something else?

We don't know. They added it because they wanted one of the recent droids to be neutral, but it broke some stuff. So they made the droid light side, and did the work to allow for neutral in the future.
