Fleet brought to Game made in the Past alot of Gamers leave the Game. You can see Fin & Raddus is every Day Event with no Reward for Players that already have it.
So we have alot that have no Chance to Win an GAC in lower Ranks if they can get past Ships thru Defense because the lose Hopeless with poor Flagships.
So that you need Chars to Unlock Ships in R9 we dont have a full Resitance Fighter Hanger or enough Fighters for Kenobi and Mace. I think it is not usefull because Players give up because it is Frustration to get a good Fleet while need of new Chars for Relict Material is even with Unlimited Money not Possible in short time because you need even with Crystal a Week to wait that you can buy more like Droid or Lense.
