New Guild Store Character
I think it's time we add new toons to the Guild Store. Thoughts?

I'd like her, but she's going to the shard shop first.
She's long overdo for the Shard shop, should've been there weeks ago. 29th marks 12 weeks from her release so she MUST be released in shard shop + hard node/some sort of shipments.
