Good question.
Price for char would depend on the quality of the character.
For example a level 1 General Kenobi would be $50 vs a level 1 Mob Enforcer would be $5.
For leveling you would pay the cost of buying training droids and credits 2-85 with a small discount as you are buying it as part of the package.
Same with mods; you buy the mods at cost of w/e crystals or credits it costs from mod store but with a small discount as you are buying it as part of the package.
Imagine buying a fully loaded BMW3 vs a base model BMW and then adding upgrades later.
Fully loaded from factory is going to be bit cheaper.
