Do you still have the old device? Can you get into your account on the old device and sync with google account?

That's just silly. I'm sorry but it is. If you still have the old device you can still link the guest account with google play. If not, then, well, you should have asked this question sooner.

I agree, but I think it should be easier to connect on different devices. I know it was my fault, but as I said I am not a gamer. I didn't play before in any game on mobile phone more than 1 month. I did wrong but I hope they can help me with that and somehow manually link my email from Google Play with this 80lvl account. It looks like this:

I have quite a big problem with game. I spend already some money on it, and probably will spend in the future. I am playing regular since March. Now I have a problem.

I never linked with Google Play my game, and playing as a guest. I didn't know that is important, I am not a gamer, more a Star Wars fan. I am on 80 lvl, over 40k arena power. Now I changed device for Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) and I thought it just load on my old account. But it's not. It's a new account with ID: 8D4I4VXbT2WhnC5-WPsrvA. It is on 2nd level as I only did tutorial with this Twillek. I tried to sign in Google Play, hoping that maybe somehow it will work and I will get back my 80lvl account. It wasn't. I get another account with nickname ElegantHotshot2052 and game ID R2Fm0mssTEqXBOV8MTLyJw on 7th lvl.
I have a question if I can get my 80lvl account on my new device? Please tell me that somehow You can do this. I love this game, and gave it much time, heart and some money.

OK, with help of guild mates I did it. I just sign into google play on old device and create new account on gmail. Then logged into google play on new device using this mail. So simple...

No I was playing on my guest account on old device - Samsung Galaxy S4. I go to settings in left up corner and choose sign into google play. Then when I was asked for email adress, I added new email adress, which I create 10 minutes before. Then game asked me if I want to linked with this email my current game account (80lvl). I did that way and was happy to linked my 80 lvl profile with new email. Then I went to my new device Samsung Galaxy A5 and when I was on guest 2 lvl account, choose sign into google play account. Then I do the same thing as on old device and now I am happy with new device and 80lvl account :)

If you logged into Game Center there is no issue.. your game will be there.
