Why no Windows Phone

Sorry. They make Android emulators for Windows, do they have any that work for the Windows phone OS?

As a phone OS, Windows Phone is actually far superior (obviously this is subjective) to iOS and Android. But, from a development standpoint, that's one more platform that needs to be supported, and another set of store rules that must be accounted for, etc, for very little gain.

Coding for 93% is one thing - coding for just over 5% of the marketshare is simply inefficient.

So few people own a Windows phone that I doubt the costs associated with developing an entire third version of the game would be worth it.

Even with tools like Xamarin to port the code easily (or even be exactly the same, depending on other things), there is still a good deal of overhead to develop for a third platform. With only 5% market share, there is just no benefit to doing so.
