New player screen despite logging into my normal account

What the hell did you mess up this time CG? I launch the game, I get the usual scenes of a new player starting the game instead of my normal account that I have been playing for years. I missed my Grand arena round due to this. I don't even get the prompt that asks me to switch accounts or something.

What the hell is going on?
