Ultimate skill bug

Hello guys,I recently unlocked my first gl kailo ren.but for a bug I can t unlock kailo rens ultimate skill.i think i had a network crash when i was playing the ultimate skill match.it maybe counted that i won the match.but it didn’t give me the reward.so i got 9 ultimate skill point but i need one more to unlock kailoren s ultimate skill.please help me🥲🥲
