New Rancor - Carry Over Progress

The rewards are not really worth the time needed to complete the raid as it is, so making the rewards smaller won't help anything or help your guild grow...will just burn them out faster. My guild has completed it twice and I'm already tired of it. Sitting in airplane mode for an hour while the rest of the guild gets their runs done is just stupid.
I've got top 10 twice (6th both times) and got gear that I had tons of already....and I can't even take one toon to R8 because I'm two pieces short, so I can't imagine having half, or smaller, rewards for "half completion"...would take forever to get just one toon to R8...hell, the bottom 24 get just 3 pieces of R8 mats...7 raids for one R8....and if your plan came to be, you would get 1 piece...so 20 raids. Not worth the time.
Bottom line is that they need to change the stacking mechanic and up the rewards, however, using LSGTB as a metric, they will not change this raid at all.
