It shouldn't be that hard to up the difficulty and throw a new tier out there. One that can't be fully completed by one person in one sitting.
No, there shouldn't be another tier. It should stay as-is.
Why not? Those who want it to stay "as-is" can keep on doing the other existing tiers. Those who want more rewards and more challenge can do a new more difficult tier.
No. It's a waste of resources. It is WAI. If you want a challenge, move on to the tank.
