One of my favorite ideas to come out of this forum went like this
Instead of guild exchange, there is a guild pot. You contribute gear to the pot, and in the end, you all get a fully crafted piece.
So let's say everyone donates 2-10 stun cuffs (whatever the required # is). Once the determined amount has been reached, everyone who donated gets a fully crafted stun cuff.
