I have been in this game since the beginning, and I read the forums periodically just to stay informed. With all of the new things coming out, I have been spending a lot more time around here making sure I know what is happening and when.
Of all of the absurd, outrageous, and straight up nasty posts I have read, this one is absolutely the worst! Get over yourselves. This is a game. One that does not reward you in any measurable way in the real world. You are down a player for a TW?? Tough luck. There will only be two 24 hour periods per week for guild movement? Oh well, figure it out. Or, here's a change, treat your guild members right, encourage them to grow as a team, and then the movement doesn't matter. And if you slip from one reward tier to the next, the difference a a few guild event store points and a zeta mat! Is that worth asking people to cancel something they have worked hard to roll out? Think for a second about the actual impact before you go throwing your nonsense out there.
CG, EA or whoever is trying to make this a viable game for the long run. Yes, all they care about is keeping you hooked so they can make more money. This isn't new, it's called capitalism. I am sure I am going to get torched for this but I do not care.
