Opponent gets to set 8 teams on defense

Yes, its an ongoing bug. You can / should be able to set 3 defenses.

EDIT: As commander Wolfe pointed out its not a visual bug but poor visual design

What is your GP? Can you show a screenshot of your top right territory?

My gp is 4.3 mill, I could only set 2 defensive teams in that territory, now the 2 teams set are beat, it shows 0/3
