Darth Vader, Luminara, and Kylo Ren are attackers that are not squishy.
She has multiple ways of dodging, but you have ways of removing it without wasting a turn--namely, AoE. Also eating buffs with Ventress or similar, but that's basically AoE of another stripe.
You have the luxury of seeing your opponent's roster before you pick the battle. You have the ability to tailor your team to counter their team. You have a dozen characters at your disposal, use them. You keep throwing rock at your opponent's paper, and then calling for balance when you could just throw scissors.
This argument ignores everything I mentioned. Obviously there are ways to beat her - that doesn't mean she isn't stronger than every other attacker by a wide margin.
Also realize that most players don't have a dozen characters at their disposal that are arena ready. The gear / leveling requirements in this game are steep.
