I agree that there is a problem here, but it may not comepletly be how strong her attacks are. You were on the right track talking about her evasion.
I mentioned this in the dodge Megathread, that dooku also needs a change but the character isn't the issue its the combat mechanics. Synergies with dodge guaranteeing her to get offence up at the start and when it's not even her turn, resulting in a oh shit I just killed myself.
I love this game which is why I want it to get better. The power of each character should be unique and make the player feel as such but we need to attack the real issue instead of breaking the game even further. With that said, I believe one way to do this would be to consider her overall feel as a character.
-She shouldn't have godlike S++ damage untill at least 3-4 turns later.
-Her abilities sound momentum and leverage based, so maybe make it feel that way by making her ramp up a bit slower.
-If she isn't dealt with or constantly debuffed, she becomes the monster that we all know her to be now. Thoughts?
