Rey isn't bad at all. Mine is gear 9 and I fight gear 10 regards all the time.
What makes Rey a problem is RG protecting her ( exactly what a tank should do I might add. ). Rey I can easily kill in 3 hits. No other toon can be killed that easy, this keeps her from getting a 2nd turn. If you can't kill her before RG taunts, then use a stun. Problem solved ( as long as you can remove the taunt.
Also something most forget due to her high dmg, use a debuff or dot. He dmg is no where near as bad.
Yes she get foresight. That's great. Leia can remove this, and still shoot afterwords. Dooku can remove this and still have another attack on her that hits.
Also will add another thing to remember. She has poor accuracy ( so does Leia but this isn't about her ). She misses about as much as she hits now. Either that or I have the world's worst RNG when using her.
Also 5s will destroy her. Actually just about any high health counter toon will. That is her counter.
