Overruled purchase

Hello, 

I started playing Galaxy of Heroes and bought 2 Darth Vader bundles ‘Fallen one starter I’ and ‘Fallen one starter two’ for a total of 43€. 
These bundles granted me lots of shards to upgrade Darth Vader.

After that i bought the ‘Hyperdrive bundle’ which granted me max level and brought lots of heroes to 5 stars (7 is max), including Darth Vader.

My vader was already at star level 6 because of the two other packs I’ve bought and achievements that I’ve earned. 

I thought i would get shards from the ‘Hyperdrive bundle’ to upgrade vader because mine was already at 6 stars instead of the 5 that the bundle gave so that i could further invest it in Vader. This was unfortunately not true and has given me a setback in terms of game progression and in money investment.

Is there any way to still get the amount of shards it would take to bring a hero, in this case only Darth Vader, to 5 stars so i can keep my progression and worth of invested money?
