Pay to get Rey (Jedi training)
So you make two characters that are required for the event accessible with less than one month away from the event and one top of that we gotta worry about gearing.

I also assumed most people would be using their energy just to get the Smugglers, and therefore they wouldn't be super high gear level. Consequently I've tried to make the tiers they're used in a little less gear-intensive. As always, your mileage may vary.
This is from another thread, but it seems the Vets only need to survive long enough to "play their roles" so I would guestimate gear 7/8 would be enough.
