PC Beta Update Notes Location

Hey -  Looks like PC Beta might've gotten an  update today between 9A and 12P PST? If so, how come we don't get notifications / news releases for PC Beta updates? If there are notifications of the ...

after the update the language is set to english.

How can I change that?

    Here as well, had it set to German in the general setting of the EA app and yet I found no other game-specific setting..
