Platoon Requirements
Looking for a dev response about whether or not non-FTP characters, new ewoks, tie reaper, falcon, are going to be required for platoons again or if this issue was fixed? @CG_Kozispoon

Our 1-4 were all identical but no problem filling them with only 2* required. Will be more complicated if it's the same way in future territories though.
