Platoon Requirements

Looking for a dev response about whether or not non-FTP characters, new ewoks, tie reaper, falcon, are going to be required for platoons again or if this issue was fixed? @CG_Kozispoon

Agreed, this needs to be fixed. We also got the full Phoenix row again.
