I'd like to clarify about how RNG works. There IS a set turn order - that's the Speed attribute. There can be ties that are broken at random, but that's it.
As far as stuns or any other "chance at" abilities - those are truly random.
Please avoid spreading misinformation about these things.
EDIT: I WAS WRONG ABOUT THIS! In GW ONLY, the same party composition trying the same battles vs the same enemies will keep its RNG Seed (for those of you who know what that is). There's a vigorous discussion about this happening right now behind me.
