First Order ships are clearly handicapped. Stunt fighters can disable their turbo cannons and Resistance ships can outrun them. Clearly the First Order Fleet is at a disadvantage. They even have to lob lasers in unnatural arcs to remind the Rebels they’re still there. I mean couldn’t half the Imperial fleet have just jumped ahead of the Resistance and block their escape?
