Please help me understand CG Meathead, do I not matter enough or something, I brought an issue to you several days ago, but instead of someone helping me out, you guys have chosen to ignore me and done nothing to fix my issue. This is absolutely ridiculous. Someone reported an issue that was similar to mine and had theirs fixed within 24 hours, but I have had mine ignored over and over again by you CG Forum overlords. If you guys don’t fix my issue, it’s false advertisement, which is illegal.&nbsp;

It is the holiday season and they haven't been as active on the forums probably because of that. I'm guessing they're starting to head out and enjoy the time with their families. It has nothing to do with you personally.

Looking at their post history, they purchased the episode pass+ but didn't get the 50k points.

OP, can you post a screenshot of your episode track? Are you sure you didn't just didn't notice it was automatically applied and the rewards auto collected?

Yes, I had 20000 EP points and after I purchased the $40 pass I had 20000 plus the what I collected from the track after the purchase but not the bonus 50000 that they promise to give. I should have had close to the 100K limit when it was all said and done.&nbsp;

Ah so you're just confused. You're talking about the currency and not the points that you actually got.

This is what you actually got. It automatically collected all rewards you got. You should be level/rank 20-30 if you check your progress.
