Please Start a Public Test Build
There are plenty of games that use a public test build to ensure that balancing issues and bugs are worked out before the release of a new patch or character. With Barriss she was admittedly a little unbalanced, but she was nerfed too heavily. If there was a public test build that could be used to try out the characters/patches before release the game would be much more balanced after each patch and there would be fewer issues with the player base being outraged by a change that unbalances a certain part of the game.
I'm sure that there would be plenty of people who would be willing to play 5-15 arena matches per day with randomized characters for 150 crystals that they could use in the main game. This way the Devs can have both assistance with the balance in the game and can receive accurate data to make decisions with. Having a feedback form after you complete the matches could help a lot as well.
I for one would be more than willing to do this, and after the issues with the Barriss nerf/initial power the game could certainly benefit from it.
