Plo Koon Rework Idea

I really like this. I think his specials are still alittle underwhelming to be able to compete with other toons, I think if you gave him something against separatists, that would make a lot more sense, especially with all the separatist stuff going on, it would make sense to improve upon galactic republic jedi too. Good job over all though, i can tell the stats took a lot of research. Super cool
