They are changing the fighting mechanic in upcoming updates so slower character hit harder and faster ones hit for less damage, and also adding a fortitude bar that is like a secondary health bar that you have to take down before you take their health away
Unfortunately, that still won't change the fact that his basic and offense down abilities will still be useless with only 60% potency at 80. Both around 50% chance to land, if they actually do will most likely get resisted making it more like 25% chance or less
