Poe Dameron's speed
I have a 7* Poe and I'm raging as hell when 4* 5* or 6* Poe in enemy droid team has a turn faster than mine, and then my team dies. Just a ragequit, sorry

I could be wrong here, but i am pretty sure the defending team gets a small speed boost at the start of a match, i think if you want to be faster than the defender you need to be alot faster.
