Even though he hated the “creatures that were bred in some laboratory”, he foresaw the fall of the Jedi and the republic, and a new power taking its place. Very selfishly he turned to the dark side so that he wouldn’t be wiped out like the other Jedi. Then he tried to sabotage their efforts in the Clone wars. I’m sure if the republic was using droids he would hate them just as much. He wanted to sabotage the whole galactic republic.
Another thing is that you hardly ever get to fight against clones, but you get to fight a lot of Jedi (and R2-D2).
So I would rather it be the whole galactic republic since he was trying to sabotage them, not just the clones. And that would give him much more viability and use in the game.
I took your recommendation for the leader and special 2. I also added another unique to synergize with Dooku.
