I feel bad for you, but….
You didn’t apply the relic upgrades from the character’s portrait. You applied it from the character’s gear / ability / mod screen, which clearly states the character’s name.
I think blaming CG for this is a stretch, and the main reason was your inattentiveness.
No I clicked on the other Quigon because I thought it was master quigon. I searched based on the looks of the portrait. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. I shouldn’t have to double check and reread the names to make sure I’m choosing the right character
If you're going to spend 3000 crystals than you definitely should be double checking everything before upgrading.
It's not on CG that you only went by a characters portrait and ignored everything else. Blaming them on this one is a stretch as was pointed out already
No, the rest of us organise our rosters, its also hard to miss their actual name when going into upgrade gear or relics.....
