Possible Hacker?

Question

Some random guy just showed up out of nowhere and took #1 in fleet arena with a 200k fleet (using Consular, Vader, and Slave 1) against a 350k maxed Geo fleet. Shouldn't that be statistically impossible at that level no matter what fleet he uses? He has 800k total GP and his strongest pilots are G8-G10, and Consular's ship is his only 7*. He's not even in the same guild as any of the top 50, so I have no clue how he got here.

Doesnt sound like arena and character strategy; It does sound fishy though.
