in theory maybe.. Not alot of TM removal. GmT is on a heavy cool down, teebo is your only reliable one. QGJ is ok but needs high potency,
If you want to give it a good, your team that you suggested but take out Foe.. He's good damage but with no tm removal it will hurt you in the end.
Teebo lead, tfp, Foo, GmT and Rex would be your best bet
