Power Calculations

Question

It seems all the power numbers are up for the characters and some have changed position in my collection since the latest update.  For instance, Royal Guard has moved up to be the highest powered toon on my roster.  Has anyone noticed this?  Was there another armor buff?

I think mods add to the power now. So it goes up depending on your mods.

Mods always adjusted the power but they fixed how % increases effect power I believe.

Found it in the Game Update 9/28/2016.Adjustments have been made to Power calculations to more accurately reflect percentage-based statistics from Mods in addition to statistics that equally affect two other stats (e.g. Offense affecting both Physical and Special Damage).
