Problem with unidentified officers starting raids without others approving

We seem to have had an officer launching lower-tier raids even after announcements at the top of SWGOH officer chat were posted and after some of the officers and the leader had already discussed and ...

If an officer launches a raid then it will say “XYZ launched the W raid.” If it just says the raid has launched that means it was auto launched because that’s how you have it set and you need to change your auto settings.
