Process for Writing Character Ability Descriptions

I agree that some descriptions sometimes are difficult to understand (what exactly is meant). Add to that translations into other languages, which often makes an even bigger mess out of it all. And the problem is that there is no button in game where you can switch the language so you can read the english text to be able to understand it better (and switch back if wanted)
