For P3 I'd actually consider using Jyn. Shaman can keep everyone pretty healthy, especially since heals increase with every debuffed enemy, and Jyn can give crits and take away TM.
Edit: but really with Zader you're gonna use him in P2 or P4 anyway as that's where he's most effective.
