Purchase not showing
I just bought the hyperdrive bundle but the items aren’t appearing I don’t know if it takes time to apply everything and I’m not sure if this is where I post this but can someone help me

- What are you missing?
- Everything it shows that it’s been purchased but I received nothing
- Have you tried pressing the restore purchase button in the settings menu?
- Tried didn’t work
- Then you need to go through the help button on that screen to submit a ticket to EA support. Make a note of your ally code (player ID shown at the bottom of that screen might be needed too). Try to include screenshots of the money being taken from your account, the pack being gone from your store etc. They can help.
Don't let them try to send you to Answers HQ (the bugs forum) or back here, they have the ability to correct this for you. If they say they can't, ask to speak to someone else. - Thx I already did that but thx for telling me that I should show that the money was taken out
- Need more specific information or they wont be much help when you submit a ticket.
Keep in mind any of those toons in that pack that was above 5 stars already you will not get nothing for them no char shards ect.
