Purchase problems

Hey guys, after the update I cannot purchase items in the game (with real money) like crystals. It only shows a message "the connection cannot be made, contact support or try again later". Anyone havi...

This may not do the trick, but it's worth a try. Turn off your wifi, make the purchase, then turn it back on AFTER confirming you got the crystals.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your phone or customer service.
